【PC管理責任者となれる者】 / 【Eligible to become PC Administrator】

　
• 条件1: 役員 / Requirement 1: A person who is any of member of the Board
　
• 条件2: 教授、准教授、講師、マネジメント教授、マネジメント准教授のいずれか / Requirement 2: A person who is any of Professor, Associate Professor, Assoiate Professor (Lecturer), Professor for Institute Management and Associate Professor for Institute Management
　
• 条件3: 助教であり、かつ、次の(3-a)～(3-b)のいずれかを満たす者 / Requirement 3: A person who is Assistant Professor and corresponds to any of the (3-a) and the (3-b).
        (3-a): インストールする大学所有PCの物品使用責任者 / (3-a): A person who is "物品使用責任者" of the University-owned PC.
        (3-b): インストールする大学所有PCを購入あるいは借用するための支払いをした予算の予算責任者(参考：予算責任者の確認方法) / (3-b): A person who is "予算責任者" of the budget which was used to buy or to rent the University-owned PC.(Reference:予算責任者の確認方法)
　
• 条件4: 国立大学法人東京工業大学職員賃金規則 の "別表第13(第25条関係) 管理職手当表"に記載されている管理又は監督の地位の者 / Requirement 4: A person who is "管理又は監督の地位" entered in "別表第13(第25条関係) 管理職手当表" of "国立大学法人東京工業大学職員賃金規則".
　
• 条件5: 筆頭グループ長 / Requirement 5: A person who is "筆頭グループ長"
　
• 条件6: オープンファシリティセンターの副部門長 / Requirement 6: A person who is "副部門長" of Open Facility Center.
　
• 条件7: 特任教授、特任准教授、特任講師、特命教授、卓越教授のいずれか / Requirement 7: A person who is any of Adjunct Professor, Adjunct Associate Professor, Adjunct Lecturer, Institute Professor and Distinguished Professor
　
• 条件8: 特任助教、特定教員のいずれかであり、かつ、次の(8-a)～(8-b)のいずれかを満たす者 / Requirement 8: A person who is any of Adjunct Assistant Professor and "特定教員" and corresponds to any of the (8-a) and the (8-b).
        (8-a): インストールする大学所有PCの物品使用責任者 / (8-a): A person who is "物品使用責任者" of the University-owned PC.
        (8-b): インストールする大学所有PCを購入あるいは借用するための支払いをした予算の予算責任者(参考：予算責任者の確認方法) / (8-b): A person who is "予算責任者" of the budget which was used to buy or to rent the University-owned PC.(Reference:予算責任者の確認方法)

インストール作業をする者が【PC管理責任者となれる者】でない場合について / In the case that a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC is not eligible to become PC Administrator

[A]インストール作業をする者が東工大ICカードのうち、「職員証（１）」「職員証（２）」「アクセスカード」のいずれかが発行されている者の場合 / In the case that a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC can be issued a Tokyo Tech IC Card which is any of "職員証（１）", "職員証（２）" and "アクセスカード"

インストール作業をする者が東工大ICカードのうち、「職員証（１）」「職員証（２）」「アクセスカード」のいずれかが発行されている者であり、かつ、【PC管理責任者となれる者】でない場合は、以下のPC管理責任者候補者決定方法例[A]①に従って、PC管理責任者候補者を決定していただき、その者にPC管理責任者となっていただくことの依頼を試みていただきますようお願いいたします。 / In the case that a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC can be issued a Tokyo Tech IC Card which is any of "職員証（１）", "職員証（２）" and "アクセスカード" and is not eligible to become PC Administrator, please follow the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [A]① to decide a candidate PC Administrator and ask the candidate PC Administrator to become PC Administrator.

PC管理責任者候補者決定方法例[A]① / Example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [A]①

以下のいずれかを満たす者をPC管理責任者候補者とする / Decide that a candidate PC Administrator is a person who corresponds to any of the following.

• インストールする大学所有PCを購入あるいは借用するための支払いをした予算の予算責任者(参考：予算責任者の確認方法) / A person who is "予算責任者" of the budget which was used to buy or to rent the University-owned PC (Reference:予算責任者の確認方法)
• インストールする大学所有PCの物品使用責任者 / A person who is "物品使用責任者" of the University-owned PC

[B]インストール作業をする者が東工大ICカードのうち、「学生証」が発行されている者の場合 / In the case that a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC can be issued a Tokyo Tech IC Card which is "学生証"

インストール作業をする者が東工大ICカードのうち、「学生証」が発行されている者であり、かつ、【PC管理責任者となれる者】でない場合は、以下のPC管理責任者候補者決定方法例[B]①に従ってPC管理責任者候補者を決定していただき、その者にPC管理責任者となっていただくことの依頼を試みていただきますようお願いいたします。 / In the case that a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC can be issued a Tokyo Tech IC Card which is "学生証" and is not eligible to become PC Administrator, please follow the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [B]① to decide a candidate PC Administrator and ask the candidate PC Administrator to become PC Administrator.

PC管理責任者候補者決定方法例[B]① / Example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [B]①

以下のいずれかを満たす者をPC管理責任者候補者とする / Decide that a candidate PC Administrator is a person who corresponds to any of the following.

• インストール作業をする者が所属する学院の初年次担当主任 / A person who is "初年次担当主任" in "学院" which a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC belongs to
• インストール作業をする者が所属する類の類主任 / A person who is "類主任" in "類" which a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC belongs to
• インストール作業をする者が所属する系の系主任 / A person who is Chair in "系" which a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC belongs to
• インストール作業をする者が所属する技術経営専門職学位課程の専門職学位課程主任 / A person who is Chair in "技術経営専門職学位課程" which a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC belongs to
• インストール作業をする者が所属するコースのコース主任 / A person who is Head in "コース" which a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC belongs to
• インストール作業をする者の指導教員 / A person who is "指導教員" of a person who want to install the software which can be installed by using our service on University-owned PC
　

PC管理責任者候補者決定方法例[A]①に従って決定したPC管理責任者候補者の者が、【PC管理責任者となれる者】ではない場合など、PC管理責任者となっていただけない場合、あるいは PC管理責任者候補者決定方法例[B]①に従って決定したPC管理責任者候補者の者が、【PC管理責任者となれる者】ではない場合など、PC管理責任者となっていただけない場合は、 以下のPC管理責任者候補者決定方法例②に従って、PC管理責任者候補者を決定していただき、その者にPC管理責任者となっていただくことの依頼を試みていただきますようお願いいたします。 / In the case that the candidate PC Administrator who was decided by the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [A]① does not become PC Administrator (e.g. the candidate PC Administrator who was decided by the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [A]① is not eligible to become PC Administrator) or in the case that the candidate PC Administrator who was decided by the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [B]① does not become PC Administrator (e.g. the candidate PC Administrator who was decided by the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator [B]① is not eligible to become PC Administrator), please follow the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator ② to decide a candidate PC Administrator and ask the candidate PC Administrator to become PC Administrator.

PC管理責任者候補者決定方法例② / Example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator ②

以下のいずれかを満たす者をPC管理責任者候補者とする / Decide that a candidate PC Administrator is a person who corresponds to any of the following.

　　
• PC管理責任者候補者の者が所属あるいは担当する組織の長、上司のいずれか / A person who is any of chief and supervisor of the organization which the candidate PC Administrator belongs to or superintend.
　　
• PC管理責任者候補者と同じ組織に所属する、あるいは同じ組織を担当する者のうち、 国立大学法人東京工業大学職員賃金規則 の "別表第13(第25条関係) 管理職手当表"に記載されている管理又は監督の地位の者 / A person who belongs to or superintend the organization which the candidate PC Administrator belongs to and who is "管理又は監督の地位" entered in "別表第13(第25条関係) 管理職手当表" of "国立大学法人東京工業大学職員賃金規則"
　　
• PC管理責任者候補者を受入れた者 あるいは 選考された者 / A person who accepted or selected the candidate PC Administrator

PC管理責任者候補者決定方法例②に従って決定したPC管理責任者候補者の者が、【PC管理責任者となれる者】ではない場合など、PC管理責任者となっていただけない場合は、なっていただけるPC管理責任者候補者が決定するまで、PC管理責任者候補者決定方法例②に従って、更に別の者をPC管理責任者候補者としていただき、その者にPC管理責任者となっていただくことの依頼を試みていただきますようお願いいたします。 / In the case that the candidate PC Administrator who was decided by the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator ② does not become PC Administrator (e.g. the candidate PC Administrator who was decided by the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator ② is not eligible to become PC Administrator), please follow the example of a method for deciding a candidate PC Administrator ② over again and again until the candidate PC Administrator who becomes PC Administrator is decided, and ask the candidate PC Administrator to become PC Administrator.
